What forms of payment do you accept? We accept checks and credit cards. Checks can be made out to Pacesetter South Soccer Club and must be mailed to Flag City Classic; PO Box 147 Findlay, OH 45839. All payments are due immediately following the submittal of your application. |
The application form does not look right on my screen (overlapping drop down boxes, long rows over the input fields, etc.) What is going on? First, you should let the ENTIRE form load BEFORE you scroll. It is a big form. In short, your computer does not have enough memory (RAM) available to render the form correctly. Here is the solution that will work in most cases: 1. Clear the cache (temporary files) in Internet Explorer (Usually Tools>Internet Options>Remove Temporary files 2. Shut down Internet Explorer 3. Restart the computer 4. Open JUST MS Internet Explorer. 5. Go to Web site, fill out form. In most cases, this will solve the problem.... |

Is this a restricted or unrestricted tournament? This is an unrestricted tournament. |
Are we going to have a game scheduled "under the lights"? Friday night games will primarily be scheduled with local teams to help avoid a two-night hotel stay. These teams will be notified as soon as the schedules are completed so they can plan accordingly. Clubs that bring 10 or more teams will have the first opportunity to play Saturday night games under the lights. |
Can a player play on more than one team during the tournament? Players may register to play on multiple teams, either as a guest player or a player officially rostered, as long as all the teams are playing in different age brackets and/or divisions. |
Do I need to present player cards before each game? Yes, player cards and official tournament rosters will be checked by a Field Marshal before each tournament game. |
How do I use the Player Drop-Off Areas? The lot is full and I want to make sure my player arrives at the field on time. You may drop players off at the designated "Drop-Off" locations in the tournament parking lots. Please refer to the facility map. |
How many guest players are permitted? The tournament allows (4) guest players. Be sure that the combination of your rostered players and guest players do not exceed the maximum allowed for your age group. |
I am coaching for more than one team for my club. Can you schedule it so I don't have to be in two places at once? The Scheduling Committee will make its best efforts to accommodate coaches with this problem. Please make sure to indicate on your application if your coach is coaching multiple teams. However, teams MUST make alternate coaching provisions in the event this request cannot be honored. |

How do I get my team's registration forms? Forms are available only to teams that have been accepted into the 2021 Flag City Classic. If your team has been formally accepted, please log into the website (link is in the upper-right corner of the page) and click the "Confirm Attendance" button to claim your forms. If you have already claimed your forms but cannot locate the originals, please log in and click on the "Get Duplicate Forms" button. Forms are to be returned to tournament@pacesettersouth.com. |
